Assigning Commercial Properties?
I know an investor who buys and sells MH parks. He has a small one ready to sell by March of next year. I would love to buy but my credit and Debt to income are out of wak. Enter into the picture another RE investor who can buy all cash. Could I/Should I get this park under contract and sell assignment to RE investor (which the seller is cool with) I know what the seller will take and I know that the RE investor wants to buy. Is this a possiblilty or just a pipe dream. Any and all advice/thoughts welcome. Thanks!!
