Modular Vs Stick?

InActive_Account profile photo

Got a lot wanting to build and sell for profit, but so far all stick build quotes, is really high (after said and done construction+ lot+ financing)=a price per s.f that you cannot even ask for to an existing house in that area. Any suggestions or modular companies name or website. But I am not looking for the cheap modular that looks like mobile, but some what comparable to stick built look.

Thanks

Try Nationwide Homes out of Virginia.
    Or Virginia Homes.

I suggest you only consider manufacturers who build exclusively modular, not mixed production lines or facilities with mods and mobiles coming out the same gate.

Lots of true mod builders in Pennsylvaniz, just 500 miles of freight costs up I-81.

Before you hire a GC, see his mod work. Lots of quality perverts out there.
