Making $ With Man. Home & Land Packages
I've got to wonder if it is possible to purchase and resell these nice house and land packages?
Of course I will phone and ask, but friday afternoon at 5 30 pm wont work, any input on this?
I don't see why it can;'t work, I saw some advertised today for 250 down low p.mo etc etc, has to be something here to do.

Most of the Land Home packages here in NM are backloaded with tons of interest. I actually buy MH on land and re-sell them for what I usually bought but the REC has at least 12.75% interest - in some cases it could be as high as 22%. ....but I make the payment low and they seem to be happy. :-D
Hi, thanks for that...alot of these homes are quite nice, and out of town on some pretty acres seems like it will be a good and inexpensive opp. to get into.
