lot clearing cost?
i can bid on a tree rich lot in a mobile home ok-subdivision in the city with water but it is full of trees-how much would it cost to have them cut down (50 x100" lot) any estimated-any ideas-ANYONE?

I would find a Tree Man in your part of the country, and have them come out and meet with you and discuss the situation that you would like to have done. They will tell you exactly what it would take to get what you would like to have done done. Along with that you would in most cases get a quote from the fellow I am sure.

Never done this myself, but I heard an interesting remedy to this situation last week:

"You then have a sawmill owner check it out and give you a price for the timber, assuming he will cut it and haul it off."
Maybe you can have it cleared and make a couple of bucks too!
