Investing By Putting Mnf Homes On Lots...

Hello all... new to this forum. Been loosing sleep since I found it. Great stuff.
(REI w/Mnf. homes on lots...)This seems like a good way to get started in my area. I live in Lake County CA, and the County is still pretty ok about putting Mnf homes on property.(unlike many areas of CA) There's a pretty good availability of property w/all utilities at the street. My credit, freelance work style won't allow for a large loan, but with good downs on the land and used Mnf home, I figure I can get into both. Have credit card cash for the rest. I can do the foundation and work to the property. Looked into new Mnf homes and the loan thing killed. Is any one else doing this and getting good results? Drawbacks? Want to get into rehabbing site built homes, after I get some assets to work off of.
BTW anyone have any online or other used/repo mnf sources in Northern CA?Thanks for any feedback, Preston.

Suggest you review prior posting and most of all review the posting of container into housing. Might solve your mortgage probem and your profits are of course much larger.
