Marcos product is okay if you want to spend 2500 on a mail merge program that has a skip tracer feature...
Its crappy if you want to run your business after you start getting the leads to call.. And forget about managing escrows or tenants or creating a buyers list with the specific questions to ask..
And then it is a stand alone system not web abased like one I use, which thanks to Al Gore, saves a ton of headaches.
But there are a ton of people who have purchased his system so it cant be all that bad...

I created a software product and went through a ton of changes to find the correct feel and feed.
Kind of a crazy thing but I have decided to allow people to use it for free. It wont make Profit grabber or simular products happy and I am certain they will do just fine..
A couple years ago Locke told me that people dont want systems they want training... I wish he would have hit me over the friggin head a little harder with that statement....
Dont get me wrong the system is awesome and I am glad that I created it... I just wish I wouldnt have spent the money or time I put into it.

After you receive the proper training in Creative Real Estate investing, you start filling up your wallet. You immediately know how well you are doing by the size of your wallet.
What a great system, only in America, Canada and Europe where my students from time to time let me know how they are doing with the Wallet System.
