Postcard Mailing- Within Those Coupon Savers Distributions...cost Effective?

Hi,
You know those envelopes you get full of coupons for businesses within your neighborhood? I recently got a new one, came in a clear plastic casing and I called it up to find out their prices.

They will do a full color 5.5x7 1 sided postcard type distribution, with all printing and postage included for about 2.6 cents each. They mail to certain zones in my city around my neighborhood. There is a mix of apartments, condos, homes and the rep is going to get back to me about which zone has the most homeowners.

Do you think it's a good price for 25,000 mailboxes for $625? Remember my postcard would be in the middle of a bunch of other ads like restaurant menus/Jiffy Lube coupons, etc...and there would be some loss due to not targetting homeowners.

Thoughts?

That doesn't seem like a bad idea to me. After all, if you get only one deal from it, you've more than compensated for the cost. Try sending out 25,000 post cards, what would that cost you!
