Post Card Dialogue.

Hi Everybody.

I have been cold calling prospects in chicago for 2 months now, which seems to be generating only a few appointments. I used to get call backs all the time, but lately no one has been returning calls even to talk more about their situation and how we can help them. I need to do some more marketing, and i was thinking about post cards. they seem to be the next step for me.

I was wondering what others have put on their postcards that was effective and brought in call backs.

whole post cards or one liners.

Also, what was on the front of the post card? was it the company logo/information, or was it a picture?

I am stuck and getting discouraged.

Thanks for the Feed Back,

Eric Bouska

    Eric,

Many people experience the same problems during income tax refund season. Many of the homeowners are able to reinstate their loans with their refund checks at this time of year. You should be back up to speed again in a few weeks. As for marketing, postcards are a good idea, but you will also need letters. Check the archives for some posts by Ibuyhouses. When you send out a postcard, you want to have enough information on so your prospects will know what you are about exactly and the ones that do end up calling will. Want you to come out and buy their house. Let your marketing do the prescreening. It saves alot of time.
