We are just getting started and ready to send out our first batch of postcards (after HOURS of courthouse research ~smile).

Can anyone share what approach they used to get a good response rate back. Ideas for wording on the back of the card?

We sort of liked:

"Would you like cash for your property deed in a couple weeks? Call today ."

OR

"GET A NO OBLIGATION QUOTE ON THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF YOUR NOTE!
Why wait 10, 20 even 30 years to receive your money. I will buy your note and get you the needed cash in a couple of weeks."

Ideas? Thoughts? Harsh criticism? smile Thanks!

I like the "Get A No Obligation" phrase for your post cards. Hmm I might use that one myself
