How Are Your Getting Your Sellers?
I am new to the biz and have been doing pretty well so far (7 SS contracts in about a week and a half). These have all been from door knocking.
I was wondering how everyone is getting their customers, what techniques & flyers seem to be working for mailers (mailers have done nothing for me so far). WHat flyers are you leaving for no answer door knocking?
I am more than willing to share my techniques & flyers (as new as they are) with folks.

Over the years we have found that using a red envelope and hand writing the names and addresses, with printing a handwritten letter on Yellow tab paper gets a great response from the mailings, we average about 20% replies on a 200 per week mailing. Hope this helps. We also put two stamps on the envelope 37c 4c not just one 41c stamp
