What Rights To Does Owner Have?
If everyone signs the paperwork and then owner gets mad and wants to get back into his property...what rights does he have? If he has a key to the property, can he just walk in anytime he wants?
Do people change the locks when they lease-option something?

it depends on if it has been recorded or not, but usually it states in the contract how many hours or days you gave them to take possesion,if it has been recorded they are tresspassing, but it really lies on what the title company thinks they have a fiduciary responsibility here so you may have to sue for specific performance
My bad, I meant in a lease-option contract. The person's home you are lease-optioning. After you put a tenant/buyer in their home, what rights to do the original owners have?
