Tenent Stream
Has anyone here tried Tenant Streams service?
I see they have a free 3 day test drive with a nearly impossible to cancel in time policy. You get three days free service and must notify them in writing within three days of cancellation or you will be billed first months use.
But ultimantly I just wanted to know if anyone had any luck with their service.

Tenant Stream DOTCOM is a web site made to provide a steady pool of cash carrying tenant buyers in your area.
They advertise on this site and I heard an interview with the founder on WS Radio

I checked them out, I was in need of a Tennant buyer for a house that was kinda out in the boonies. They were great. There refferrals are real and NEVER older than 2 weeks old.
I have no idea where they come from (and they won't tell you) but there were about 40 leads and out of them 10 came buy and actually looked at the property after I contacted them.
I had no problems sending them an email and canceling with in my 3 day window.

Thanks for the info Cory. I emailed them and I stand corrected they said it is only necesarry to email to cancel not snail mail. So canceling in time shouldn't pose a problem. From what I heard on Rel Estate Radio their system sounds great, I was just hoping for some real world input and I appreciate the response..

If it was so great, may I ask why you cancelled. Did they provide you a tenant buyer that actually did the L/O with you?

I tried the system for the 3 days and didn't get any hits for some reason. The list looked real but it didn't pan out for me. I didn't have a problem canceling.
