Reo To Lease Opyion
I have just pick up an reo with 45k Equity in it I should just sell it and move on I THINK but is there a better way to get more out of it. I was thinking Lease option 1 years Sell house to tenant sell note 6 months later sell the note. Any suggestion or ideas. :-?
