L/O Seller Financing Possible?
I have a property with tenant renting, and my mortgage has a 3 yr PPP. I want to sell this as a lease option wit seller financing after the 3 yr lease ends.
Is this possible to do even if my property does not have much equity in it?
Yes the investor closes the deal then l/o the property.
