Contract Dilema

I am going to try to start using lease options to buy property in my area. I have contracts from a bronchick from a course I bought a few years back. I dont want to spend money having an attorney look at them in case I am unable to find any sellers and never use the contracts. At the same time I am not sure if I should use what I have for a potential first deal. Once I have them signed, I am sure I wont be able to have an attorney make changes on them for that deal. I guess what I am asking is, should I just go out and sign up a deal with my contracts or am I asking for trouble not having them looked at by a local attorney first? Thanks.

Could you clarify what you mean by "treating the purchase as a refi"?

Thanks Chris and L/O King for the input. I appreciate it.
