Bird dog means you find the deals, that investors are looking for and collect a fee once the deal is done. I agree that birdogging is the best way to learn REI and pick up extra cash.
I am bird dogging now in San Antonio. I get paid $5 for every lead that I provide with two pictures of the properties. I believe that this is the best way for a serious investor to get a motivated beginer working to find him/her good leads.
