The term is 'Quit-claim deed" not "quick claim" ... sounds like a good question for your divorce lawyer.
A Quit Claim Deed - I give up all rights, title and interest (if I have any). You will not be relieved of any liability on any loans you signed for, unless the Lender will release you (Highly unlikely)
you could be relieved if your soon-to-be ex-husband is/was in the military and you two aquired the home through a VA loan. If so, the lender would have no problem accepting a quit-claim to have you removed further obligations.
