Probate Letters
I would like to send out letters to Probate Attorneys to let them know I am a Real Estate Investor interested in purchasing properties. I know some folks on TCI have mentioned doing this. I envision sending a letter and following up with a phone call introduction in a couple of days. Do anyone have input on a letter they have used? Thanks!
guys like that make me sick,anytime I do a job it is done as promised,although everyone can get behind,4 weeks and rude phone calls are crazy,I wonder how this guy stays in business,you get what pay for and always ask for refs. and ins.
