Partnership Agreement To Share
Does anyone have a partnership agreement that they can share? I am buying a house with the help of two other investors. I will have the house in my name, do all the work, and pay all the expenses, but the other investors have contributed to the deal in other ways. Want to have an agreement that once the house is resold, any profit would be divided by 40%, 40%, 20%. - something like that.
