Limiting My Personal Liability

I hope this post is acceptable on this forum. My neighbor is cutting down a few large trees on his property and wants to cut down one of my that is near the lot line. This is OK with me, but, since he is not a professional at this sort of thing, I think I need to have him sign something stating that he will not sue or hold me any way liable if he hurts himself, and/or holding him responsible for any damage he might do to my house, fence, or anything else. Those tree limbs are heavy!! Does anyone know where I can get a form putting this into the proper legalese?
