I Want My House Back!

I signed a Waranty Deed to Trustee in July. I signed it to a woman that "buys houses quickly". The agreement was that she would assume responsibilty for the payments until she sold the house but the mortagae would stioll be in our name. She told us that she would get a renter into the property. She told us that she would be acting as a property manager. Well, she never found a renter and she has been late with EVERY payment. This is starting to affect my credit! She filed the deed at the court house in November.
My question is, can I legally reassume the property and sell it myself or am I screwed? :-?

Let's see now: I have a tooth that's killing me, or about to, and I think I'll put it on a RE forum to get advice as to what to do !

    Good idea?

Isn't that what you're doing here?

Asking a bunch of laymen what you should be asking a professional - your lawyer?

John's right ask a lawyer. On the other hand, what does the contract say? If you set her as a truste you should be able to revoke the trusteeship
