A good Real estate lawyer can do the paper work but there is more than just paperwork to be done when selling your home. Ads, showing the house, etc. Other options can include discount brokers, or flat fee agents. Good luck.

Almost no paperwork is required by you.
Find a qualified buyer. The buyer and you sign the purchase and sale agreement and you turn over the agreement to a local title company.
The title company does the rest.
