Hep Me I Stupad

Bought a rental that required moisture repairs under house before closing. Recieved moisture report and repairs that were done at closing. Got under house a few days later and found gross, extensive damage that was not repaired. Moisture company inspector stated that another contractor had made some repairs before him so he was not required to fix them( rotted sub-floor, joist and sill). They did make repairs to the tune of $2400 by replacing three joists by sistering them. What a rip off! Contacted sellers agent and was told sellers husband made some repairs to floor in bathroom but no contractor and no work underneath. This house will not pass an inspection if I want to sell. What can I do, as everyone has their money already. I paid for another contractor to inspect who wants $1500 to fix all damage. The moisture company blows me off now. I'm taking my agent to the sellers agent and broker to try and settle but the broker hired these clowns and believe I'm gonna get the brush off from him as well. Dont want to try and sue if I don't have to. What rights do I have after I signed the report and closing papers. Thanks so much...
