Forming A Business LLC For Property LLC's

I have just formed an LLC for my business. Now for tax deductions should I form separate LLC's for each property for profit & loss or keep them under business LLC for writing off business and house expenses?

    From my research it sounds like one LLC and having each property in a land trust is the way to go. I have formed my LLC but haven't put things into trusts yet
