CFD/AFD/Land Contract-Title Seasoning For Buyer?
I would like to sell a property to someone on Agreement for Deed. How can we get him "seasoned" so he can refinance instead of purchase after he has been making the payments on time for 15 months?(trying to keep costs down)
If I moved the property into a land trust and agree to assign beneficial interest to him when the agreement for deed is executed (rather than a straight sale and deed transfer), would this do the trick?
Has anyone done this in this? If not, is there a simpler way to do this?
