Application For EIN Number
When filling out the SS-4 form what do I check in line 14? I plan to wholesale properties.
There is a "REAL Estate" Block. Howvere, when I was reading the description there is nothing about "Buying and selling properties". It does say "buying and selling real estate for someone else"...like borkers and agents. So I guess what I am asking is, when a wholesaler incorporates, what would he put in this block. Then for detailed description, what would he put? I was going to only put "Real Estate Investment Company". I just need to know what to put in block 14.
Hopefully someone is familiar with what I am asking here, lol.

Having filled a few of these out in the past 6 months, I think clicking the Real Estate box OR Clicking the Other box and putting in RE Investment Co. would be fine either way.
