Which Boot Camp?

Has anyone attended Dwan-Bent Twyford's 5-day Foreclosure Fortune boot camp or her 2-day Short Sale boot camp, or Jeff Kaller's 4-day boot camp? If so what did you think?

If you just read through the archives of this forum you will learn a great deal more than spending $$ at a week long boot camp. Many experienced investors will tell you this.....

    Yucca Valley????

You should have a hayday there. I understand that since the Landers earthquake, property values are way - way down. My parents home there sold for 55 centavos on the dollar.

I'm with Larry - stick to the posts here and learn for free how to achieve your goals.

Shortsalepro has a primer that is reasonably priced and I feel that he really knows what SSing is all about.

Best of luck Homie in Yucca Valley

Before spending the money on a boot camp, I would go to u'r local book store and read, read, read. There r some oustanding books out there with all the basic knowledge u need to get started.

Thanks everyone for your imput regarding the boot camps. As for CPIFER, Yucca Valley isn't quite the "hickville" town it used to be. Yes, it has taken a few years to recover from the 1992 earthquake and after that you couldn't even give a house away. Perhaps, if your parents had stayed they would realize (at today's values) that having about $100,000 - $150,000 or more in equity isn't just chump change. [ Edited by jem11 on Date 04/26/2004 ]
