When Are Post Cards Most Effective?
Just curious, when sending pre-foreclosure post cards which month seems to yield the most responses. Is it the 1st month, 2nd, 3rd etc. Im wondering because I usually send post cards out 3 times in the a 6 month span and want to really get the best times to send. Should I be sending them the first 3 months after the notices has been filed, or 3 months before the auction, or send them all in the last month?

I don't do postcards but I'll tell you the system for finding out the answer to this question. Take a reasonable sized sample and divide it into as many subgroups as you wish to analyse (let us say three). have the same postcard printed on 3 different colors paper. Do one third of the mailings each time with all of each mailing being the same color. When you get responses ask what color postcard they got. Compile the results.
Frequency is key. Keep sending the cards regularly throughout the foreclosure timeline.
