Tile Company

As a beginning investor, I'm trying to line up a team of people: Realtors, Attorneys, Contractors, etc.

I want to begin calling Title Companies to see what services they can provide me with. Therefore, I would like opinions from experienced investors.

Ideally, what services do you look for in a Title Company and/or what services would you like them to provide you with as an investor?

Thanks,
Yaisa

I would start with a RE attorney, the can sometimes get the title company for you. As far as a realtor goes, Just walk into a company or call up, and tell them you are looking for an investor friendly realtor.

    Hi Yaisa,

Realtors, Attorneys, Contractors, and Title Companies are good to have on your team. They can assist you with many things, however you need to know what you are looking for.

How you narrowed down what you want to specialize in as an investor? Are you going about becoming an investor with a Shot-Gun Approach?

Those are some good questions to think about. Once you determine where you want to specialize in, you will then learn specific questions to ask each professional in their fields!

    Best of Success!
