SHARK BAIT!

Stockpro99 profile photo

I hope I got someone's attention smile I have been reading about Shark Bait software and am intrigued. I am wondering inf anyone here has used it and what their experience is with it?
Are the mail merge programs as good as they look? is the contact manager up to speed?
It is not available in my home area or I would ask another investor here, but I am moving this year and thought it might speed things up in Utah, the hardest part is "geting the lay of the land" I have been gone from SLC for 6-7 years and things have changed

Thanks

I haven't seen it in operation and never bought it. But, it can be found and viewed on http://www.foreclosure.com. From what I saw of it , I would rather build my own spreadsheet. In that case, I get to select what's iimportant and upon which criteriia my buying decisions will live or die. I don't know if the data from Utah can or cannot be imported into the program. Some states like CA have great data and detail on preforeclosure, the sale and the trusteee's sales data. Other states are very rudimentary.

The price is rather steep($399). However they offer another program called Opportunity Viewer that is free if you order $499 of listings. It is $69 if you buy it right out. I bought it and it creates spread sheets and reports which are more useful to me than the html reports.
