Seeking Motivation
Hi all,
I am looking for success stories and motivation.
How are you finding investment properties?Are you approaching people in foreclosure? finding rehabs in the mls? working with wholesalers who are finding the properties? I have tried many approaches and have been actively looking since last July without a single investment yet. (I have made several offers on mls rehab properties but often was up against 1/2 dozen other offers...other investors).
There are A LOT of investors in my area but my thinking is that there is always enough opportunity for one more... just having a hard time finding a deal. Properties go high at auction, I am not getting a response from the many preforeclosure letters I havew mailed out, buy/hold multis are not cashflowing very high...prices have gone up really high compared to couple years ago, but not the rents.
Success stories and successful tactics will help me to stay motivated if anyone is willing to share.
