get auth from the homeowner then contact the foreclosing attorney and lender. See the foreclosure forum on residential side
THE FIRST THING YOU WANT TO DO IS SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND TRY TO GET THE DEED AND HAVE HIM SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION CONTRACT BEFORE SPEAKING WITH THE BANK SO THEY CAN DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO YOU.
