    Sam,

Click on "Freebies", then click on "Marketing" and you will find 2 preforeclosure letters. You can use them as they are or modify them to get the best response.

I do not work foreclosures, just thought I would start off by saying that. However, it is all in your opening statement as to whether a potential seller will read further into what you are relating to them.

How to stop foreclosure and put Money in your Pocket!

People in foreclosure in general will be highly curious about putting money in their pocket or saving their "credit cards", than saving their house.

Though the majority of people facing foreclosure are in self-denial, if we put them and their belongings out on the "curb" with our words, offer the solution, then this vision is strong in their mind, which prompts them to call.

    Hi John

The letter I posted created a call from a seller right before Christmas, I bought their house Subject to the existing loan.. Paid 96k for a house valued at 215k… 500 U-Haul Money…

And you’re correct a letter has to speak to the recipient... Which is why I send out 15 different letters and postcards per prospect..
    Good to chat with you..

    Michael,

Always great to see you posting to help the investors on this board, great information you are sharing.

However, guess I need to cover over-paying for a Sub 2 deal...

    Excellent letter mike!

The main thing to do is get your letter and message out there.

The worst letter you mail is better than the best letter on your computer....
