Pre Foreclosures???
I read in an article that the County Courthouse would have a list of these or the County Clerks office. Neither of these were able to help me. I know there are a bunch of things you can subscribe to online but none of them seem to be really any good! Could someone suggest how I could go about getting some reliable information?? :-o :-?
Try your local county or city paper. I live in Gwinnett County, GA (right outside of Atlanta). Our county paper is smaller than the big one in Atlanta, but we get the legal notices every Thursday. These include what homes are being sold on the courthouse steps, ect. It's been quite profitable for us. Just a thought.
Superior Clerk of Courts. John Adams has an on like paper that gives you a lot of info or you you can call him at 404-373-6000. He had a great article this month on buying single family and LLC.
