Pre-foreclosure Question
Hi,
I get a listing from a local title company of people who are close to foreclosing, but not their yet. I have their tax info, so I know where to mail them or drive by and talk one on one. What is the best way to approach this type of purchase? I want to try and make a deal with the owners b4 foreclose. Any input would be much appreciated, thanks.
Sounds like you need to do some research on this subject. I would start by doing some reading here and then start asking questions. This site is full oh excellent info. You just have to read and then ask questions. Good luck and let me know how you are coming along.
