Hi to all who post in the forum,

I am new to the idea of real estate investing and am very eager to learn. I'm particularly interested in what I've read about pre-forclosures and "flipping". Can anyone tell me the best way to learn and how to get started? Thanks.

Jeanette

Buy low, sell hi. Learn about your market. Develop a network of people who want to buy, or finance, but are too involved in their own deals to spend time looking for deals...

Attend a few public sales, and muni tax lien auctions (if that's what they do in your neck of the woods).

I'd say that you should articulate a business plan, and set up a mechanism to begin to acquire an interest in property....
