Mortgage State - Preforeclosure Approach Time - Question
I am in a mortgage state so as you know our preforeclosure time can go on for up to 2 years. Has anyone had some good experience with when to approach sellers which is determined by a time frame they are either NOD or NOS?
Ex. When someone has been NOD for 3 months, does that group of preforeclosures seem to sell the most to local investors?
I know Alexis Macgaee and Dan Doran are in trust deed states so they probably couldnt offer much on it. I could be wrong
