LA County Foreclosures

I am presently an investor in Phoenix and would like to extend my business to LA County. Have a couple of questions for the LA investors:

1. In Phoenix I can search the public records for free, online from home. What do you do for LA county public records (example, NTS, Deed's, Liens, etc)?

2. I see there are 3 courthouse locations; do they usually sell the properties at one of the three based off of the closest city to that courthouse? Or is it just where ever the trustee wants to sell it?

3. In Phoenix we have a couple whales that sell investor-to-investor properties, and have websites to preview the properties; can someone provide websites for LA?

4.Can someone provide hard money lenders that work in that area 200-700k?

5. Any strange laws that protect the trustor? Example in phx many lawsuits have been won by the trustors because the property had been bought at a very low price.

6. What is your average FORCEABLE eviction time? 30 days? Or are there laws that protect the trustor?
