I Work For....forclosure Info
Ok here is the deal. I work for a unnamed investment bank in the ABS department. I know which loans are perfoming and which are not performing and how longthey have not been performing. which loans we repossessed, etc. What can I do legally?
unless you get permission to "help" your employer to dispose of no performing assets.

Or he may not have an employment contract.
What, then, is your advice?

Certainly this Investment Bank must have a Policy Manual. Read it thoroughly! You are violating Privacy Laws which really can come back to bite you.
