How often do you pro's call the lender to follow up on short sale progress after you've submitted a package? Daily,Weekly every other week...?
How often do you pro's call the lender to follow up on short sale progress after you've submitted a package? Daily,Weekly every other week...?
That's a tough one to answer, and I don't know if there is a right answer. Too many calls can annoy, too few calls might not keep the application process moving along. After the application process is almost completed, and I submit my Proposal to the appropriate and empowered individuals or body, I'll call every other day as a courtesy... "Bill, did the panel have any questions that the Proposal didn't address to their satisfaction?"
