Hi Group, It's Angel! I just wanted to spark up an interesting conversation. When it comes to doing mailings for pre-foreclosure properties and lis pendens there are two schools of thought. 1) Some believe that one should be persistent and send out multiple mailings in order to gain a customer. 2) The second school of thought believes that only 1 letter should be mailed out, and if the person is motivated they will respond. Thus, you'll be dealing with a real motivated buyer and not someone who is still unsure about it even after the 3rd or 5th letter. How does the group feel about this? Thanks, Angel
