    HEY DID YOU GO FULL TIME YET?
    i would like to be in your shoes right now but got to stick with the bread and butter. But i HAVE two properties under contract right now that I plan to filp to create more capital. I'm a mortgage broker and my partner is an appraiser so we are looking on MLS for discounts. to resell
