What is the best marketing strategy to find distressed properties? People here in the Memphis area are very bad about pulling down the signs of their competitors. I placed an ad today in a weekly paper. $43 for two weekly issues. Do signs really work? I have access to a choice site that's along the interstate. What should this sign say?
