FL Redemption After Auction
What is the FL redemption period and how does it work?
I have been working with a home owner in foreclosure. The auction is tomorrow. He is under the impression that he will get a loan and be able to get the house back. He will never get a loan - I have seen his credit. But once he realizes that his loan is not materializing, how can I work with him to get the house back? Obviously I would have to come up with the money, I would need to be on the deed, and the homeowner would make some money. How would this work?

I have been trying to make a deal. The owner is old and fiesty. Just wondered about the redemption period but it looks like my time is up. The owner is under the belief that there is a redemption period, and there is no arguing with the man. I had to have the foreclosing lender call him to finally convince him that the house was going to auction.
