I found Daily Commerce is still around. I go to Norwalk frequently, and plan to swing by the library there on Imperial Highway to look at Daily Commerce. Alternatively, I could walk next door to the LA County Recorder's office and search to my heart's content!

JohnLV, don't think our LA Counter Recorder is online, but actually haven't fully figured that one out yet. If you know anything, would love to hear it. BTW, was considering buy and hold rental properties that appear to slightly cash flow in Vegas/Henderson area. Any suggesitons or advice you could offer? Know of any good property management in the area?

On the site, just check for the list of Recorder document codes and then enter that code as a search parameter.
In Clark County, NV it is 127.

I agree that LA County Recorder is not online to get documents, but here is their site anyway.
Orange and Riverside County Recorders are online so if these are useful, then here they are:
