Better Responses From Lower Valued Homes?

JDC21 profile photo

I was wondering if any of you have had better responses from higher or lower valued homes. I have noticed I get more responses from homeowners that have homes worth $250k and below in my area. I get the best response from the $100k to $150k range. I'm thinking of sending a different type of letter to homeowners with homes valued greater than $300k. Any suggestions or ideas?

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth!

I assume eventually you will sell this property?

It is easier to sell homes that are $150,000 and less. WHY?

How many people can qualify for $150,000 house.

How many people can qualify for a $300,000+ house?

    Hope This Helps,

If you are lease optioning or lookign for a quick flip, the lower priced houses are better. WE rarely get high priced sellers in foreclosure to call us. Most of them have ohter means to get out of their mess. In NC our average respondant has a home value around $110K.
