Bargain.com....worth It Or Not???

Disclaimer: This is an honest question...I'm not promoting this site.

Any opinions on www.bargain.com? It's a subscription based site. Is it worth the money? They seem to have a lot of listings at prices much lower than the bank owned MLS prices. Anyone know where these listings come from? Are they on the MLS also? Legit?

The link to the foreclosure section is:

Their homepage is:

Thanks for your input.

Not only not worth it... but they give you a free or low cost intro trial period.. you can supposedly cancel within a certain period of time and not continue to get charged.

I canceled.. and thought I was OK, until I had to call my credit card Co. to ask what the heck this recurring charge was.. turns out they just kept charging me! Had to dispute the charge.
Besides the fact that the listings they had were junk ( just about at market, and listed on MLS ).

I took the 7 day trial and called to cancel. Told them a few different ways I didn't want it. They then gave me a few extra weeks to try it out...

When I called back the second time to cancel, (late at night) their computer gave me an offer I couldn't resist: Instead of $5.95 or $6.95 a week I got a full years access for $9.95 with the promise not to charge the credit card without permission. (None of that call or you'll be charged B.S.)

I think www.bargain.com is good for finding the originating agent for REO's and how long a property has been on the market. The older the better. Well worth 21/2-3 cents a day.

I do HATE the call or you'll be charged thing. They make it easy to sign up online... (rant, rant, rant) There oughta be a law....
