Approach to Foreclosure Reps at Financial Co.
I've got an in at a large bank that I presently work closely with with my present job. I don't know which employees specifically handle the foreclosures, but do have the entire list of employees and managers for the department and their numbers. I've got a badge and full access to the buildings.
Any suggestions on how to approach or call these folks to find out who the right person is to talk to about foreclosures? Should I work from the ground up or start with the managers? How would you present to them? What's worked for you guys? Any suggestions on this would be appreciated. I'm new to this game and don't want to misuse the valuable information that I have?
