Chat Sessions With John Locke

SavvyYoungster profile photo

I've read through a couple of the chat sessions and I've noticed that it is hard to keep up. In fact, I imagine that it is hard for JLocke to keep up too. He seems to be answering questions 3 deep, and people keep re-asking questions that aren't being answered fast enough.

I have seen IRC and other versions of IRC where voice (+v) is given in order that you joined the chat session. That would be much more organized and allow those that arrive early to receive prompt complete answers while the others listen and wait. You might want to look into pre-screening the questions to weed out questions like, "where do I buy your book?"

Thanks for listening.

    SavvyYoungster,

You are correct when there are 100 people on it gets a little whom said what to whom.

Maybe your idea will float past Joel, he understands computerese.

The teleconference tommorow night should be a little more controlled.

    Thank you for the input.

    John $Cash$ Locke
