First post in a long time....



I purchased a large fixer a few month ago. My name is on the mortage, but I have two other partners. My plan was to transfer this into a TIC between the three of us just before we sell so I can avoid paying all capital gains myself. Has anyone done this and if so, do you have any tips/suggestions? Thanks
